Primary Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant
Role & Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, referrals, walk-ins, and developer partnerships to build a high-converting pipeline.
- Conduct on-site property visits and deliver accurate property valuations and contextual market insights to clients.
- Advise buyers and sellers on pricing strategy, investment potential, and market trends to align expectations and drive transactions.
- Negotiate offers, structure deal terms, and manage end-to-end transaction coordination until closure.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM, prepare and verify documentation, and coordinate with legal/finance teams for compliance and disbursal.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to local market intelligence by reporting competitor activity and demand signals.
