Assistant Sales Manager
This role is for young, energetic, talented, and driven individuals with a strong flair for sales. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will independently handle pre-sales and sales interactions, understand client requirements, provide quotations, and guide them in achieving their dream home interiors.
Responsibilities
Guide prospective homeowners through their design and sales journey with Truww.
Facilitate meetings between clients and designers at our Experience Centre.
Effectively communicate Truww's products, services, and value propositions to prospective homeowners.
Perform consultative outbound calls and follow-up calls on a daily basis.
Manage your own sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates, follow-ups, and closures.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as an individual contributor.
Requirements
Strong interest in problem-solving with proven expertise in Sales (preferably Home Interiors Sales). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of sales experience (preferably inside sales or consultative selling).
Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Tue–Sun (Monday week off)
