Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for strategising, executing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to maximise user acquisition at an optimised cost.

• Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, affiliates, and programmatic channels.
• Scale campaigns effectively while optimizing CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
• Track and optimise key metrics such as CTR, CPL, CAC and conversion rate across all channels.
• Lead A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Build and automate reporting dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel.
• Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to align acquisition strategies with business goals.

• Bachelors/ Master's degree in marketing or relevant fields.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc. will be an added advantage.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Industry Preference: (Fintech / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services/Performance agencies)
