Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system stability.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and service delivery.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Extensive experience with SIAM ServiceNow
  2. A strong understanding of Service Integration, Vendor Management, Operational risk and resilience, Business Process improvement methods as well as risk related control frameworks and practices
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve
  4. Responsible for the delivery of, Incident, Problem, Change Configuration Management.
Technical Experience :
  1. ITIL V3 Foundation certification
  2. ITIL V3 Intermediate certification at least 2 modules preferably Service Operations and Service Transition/ CSI
  3. Ability to co-ordinate with multiple teams across all domains
  4. Has managed atleast 2 of the SM processes E2E
  5. Has applied best practices in daily operations
Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
Educational Qualification:
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
