Hiring Performance Marketing Executive in Dwarka, Delhi
Digital Triber is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive with strong experience in Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation Campaigns, and Shopify Sales Campaigns.
We work with clients across industries like: Travel, Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, Local Businesses, E-commerce & Shopify Stores
This is not a post creatives and wait role.
We need someone who understands:
- Lead generation
- Conversion tracking
- ROAS
- Scaling winning campaigns
- Reducing CPL
- Delivering actual business results
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Run and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Create lead generation funnels for different industries
- Manage and optimize Shopify sales campaigns
- Setup Pixel, Conversion API, GA4 & event tracking
- Improve ROAS, CTR, conversion rate & reduce CPL
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Test creatives, audiences, ad copies & landing pages
- Handle retargeting and scaling strategies
- Work closely with the creative/content team
- Minimum 1–3+ years experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Shopify Ads Campaigns
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Must understand: Audience targeting, Retargeting, Conversion tracking, Funnel optimization, Ability to generate quality leads consistently, Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Immediate joiners preferred

We are only looking for serious candidates who can comfortably commute to our office location in Ramphal Chowk, Dwarka Sector 7, Delhi on a daily basis.
