About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Executive to support our brands growth across influencer marketing, performance campaigns, and social media. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple campaigns end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities- Influencer Marketing & Collaborations:
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers (micro to mid-tier)
- Handle end-to-end coordination including outreach, negotiation, briefing, and follow-ups c) Track and report campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Performance & Growth Support:
- Assist in performance marketing initiatives (Meta ads, creatives, campaign briefs)
- Execute WhatsApp, email, and retention marketing campaigns c) Analyze campaign metrics and optimize performance based on insights
- Campaign Management a) Execute marketing campaigns including sales, product launches, and drops b) Coordinate with internal teams for seamless campaign rollout c) Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
- Content & Social Media Execution a) Support content planning for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Ideate reel concepts, hooks, and trend-based content c) Coordinate with designers and video editors for timely execution.
Requirements a) 13 years of experience in marketing, preferably in D2C/startups b) Basic understanding of influencer marketing and performance ads c) Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills d) Familiarity with social media trends and content formats e) Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret basic analytics
