Job Description- Lead the end-to-end HR function for India, while providing strategic oversight for Sri Lanka and Bangladesh
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategy with organizational objectives
- Drive talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development across geographies
- Manage multi-country HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global standards
- Support the establishment and scaling of a greenfield project, including capability building and organizational design
- Handle complex stakeholder management, both internal (leadership, global HR) and external
- Build a strong people culture, focusing on engagement, performance, and retention
- Lead and mentor regional HR teams, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in HR delivery
- Minimum 12+ years of HR experience, with a strong track record in multi-country HR leadership
- Prior experience managing India along with Sri Lanka and/or Bangladesh is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and business partnering at senior levels
- Strong exposure to manufacturing / industrial / project-led environments, preferably with greenfield experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and drive change and transformation initiatives
- Willingness to relocate to the outskirts of Chennai over time
