Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute recruitment initiatives across technical, non-technical, leadership, and support functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, talent pipeline development, and recruitment operations within a fast-paced technology environment.

This role will be responsible for managing recruiting efforts, partnering with hiring managers, improving hiring processes, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent to support business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce forecasts.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across multiple departments.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Drive recruitment efforts for Software Development, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Cloud Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Corporate functions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Talent Acquisition Specialists and Recruiters.
  • Establish recruiting metrics and performance goals for the recruitment team.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and hiring status meetings.
  • Promote a high-performance recruiting culture focused on accountability and results.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking events, social media, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
  • Develop relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry groups.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and diversity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Facilitate interview processes and ensure hiring decisions are aligned with organizational needs.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment regulations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence.
  • Promote the organization's culture, career growth opportunities, and employee value proposition.
  • Enhance candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading recruitment teams.
  • Proven experience recruiting for IT, SaaS, engineering, and corporate positions.
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, ATS platforms, and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
