About the Role
Globeia is expanding its Gurugram team and is looking for a dedicated Client Operations Representative to join our day operations. This is a long-term, in-office role built for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves across whatever the day demands.You will play a key role in supporting our document processing and client communication operations.

Shift Schedule & Logistics- Working Hours: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM IST
- Work Days: 6 days a week
- Location: Gurugram (On-site, mandatory)
- Manage and respond to client emails and inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Maintain and update client records and process statuses across internal platforms
- Coordinate and track document-related tasks to ensure nothing is missed or delayed
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and workflow continuity
- Escalate issues proactively and appropriately when required
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram, India
- Availability: Committed to a 6-day work week, 12:00 PM 8:00 PM shift
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in written communication and data management (this is non-negotiable).
- Communication: Excellent written English: clear, professional, and thorough
- Tech comfort: Proficient in, Google Workspace, and email platforms
- Mindset: Adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable owning tasks end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
- 12 years of experience in operations, administration, or client coordination
- Prior exposure to document processing, legal services, or international mobility is a strong advantage
- Freshers with exceptional attention to detail and strong English skills will also be considered
- Salary: 50,000 65,000 per month (CTC) based on experience
