Senior Manager Training (Sales)

Job Description
  1. Lead the training team of Delhivery Academy by ensuring all the trainers achieve the KPIs set by
the organization
  1. Plans and coordinates all onsite and virtual training activities of the Corporate staff (frontline to

middle- management) to include resource, calendar and venue coordination, facilitator

preparation, material preparation and/or other logistics related items. Ensures training records

are maintained
  1. Designs and delivers training when required- both face to face and virtual training within time and budget constraints. Working with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SME's) to make the
training more relevant to the business objective
  1. Monitors and evaluates training programs effectiveness, success, and outcome periodically
  2. Plan, conduct and oversee metrics focused on-the-job coaching and scheduled training to improve the performance of our Corporate teams
  3. Manages and oversees the learning management system (LMS) learning experience; analyze

learner performance and engagement. Work with team to enact any needed improvements or

changes needed
  1. Conducts effective induction and orientation sessions for Senior Management
  2. Communicates with key stakeholders to obtain knowledge and understanding of business needs
and operations
  1. Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Head of Delhivery Academy
  2. Travel extensively (PAN India) to various Delhivery facilities as and when required

Interactions with Internal and External Stakeholders -

This role will interact with both internal and external groups. Responsibilities are multi-faceted, working with Corporate Functional Heads, Academy Content Team, Tech & Data Teams, third party e-Learning Platform providers, National Skill Development Council etc.

Education & Work Experience -
  1. MBA preferred (Basic Education level – Bachelor's Degree)
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience post MBA in BD/Customer Service / Account Management Role
  3. Experience and Certificates in Training domain preferred
