Talent Acquisition Associate Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Associate Director to lead our recruitment efforts and drive our talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media recruiting and a proven track record of attracting top talent across various functions.This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of managing a team and collaborating with senior management to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates through social media and other digital platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure effective recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through social media engagement and targeted outreach initiatives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and social media recruiting.
- Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and other partners to enhance sourcing capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Proven experience in social media recruiting, with a strong understanding of various platforms and tools.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies and best practices.
- Experience in managing recruitment budgets and resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 13-16 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles across different functions.
- Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or similar) are preferred.
