Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Social Media Executive. The Social Media Manager will oversee day-to-day content creation, social media optimisation (SMO), and strategy development for various platforms. Responsibilities include planning and implementing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, engaging with audiences, and ensuring alignment with brand goals.Collaboration with cross-functional teams to produce creative content and drive results is fundamental to this role.
Qualifications- Expertise in Social Media Marketing
- Strong design and Aesthetic sense
- Strong Communication and Writing abilities
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
- Critical thinking, creativity, and detail-oriented project management skills
- Put together small quick reels for the brands
- Follow trends and turn around concepts when it's trending for the clients
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and its marketing needs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Expertise in working with Canva and designing carousels
- Excellent communication
- Accountability for your work
- Basic design skills
- Creative with words
- Knowing how to edit reels would be a plus
- Attention to detail
- Independently manage the account.
- Preparing reports & understand numbers.
- Working with different stakeholders
