SAP Delivery Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager with 15–20 years of overall experience to lead and manage end-to-end delivery for our SAP practice. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong functional expertise, strategic oversight, and the ability to independently drive large-scale delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the complete delivery lifecycle for the SAP practice serving as the single point of accountability for all client engagements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management at all levels.
• Lead delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects, including SAP implementations, support engagements, and BAU operations.
• Provide functional expertise in SAP modules with a strong preference for experience in Sales and Finance domains.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of overall SAP system architecture and its integration across business functions.
• Independently design and deliver training programs, workshops and knowledge sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams managing a delivery organization of approximately 60–70 team members.
• Drive operational excellence through effective planning, execution and governance of projects.
• Oversee financial aspects including P&L management, project estimation, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines and client expectations across all deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15–20 years of experience in SAP delivery with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP functional modules particularly Sales and Finance.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale delivery teams and complex project portfolios.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L ownership and revenue management.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background:

• Candidates with prior experience in large IT services organizations or Big 4 consulting firms will be highly preferred.
