About The Role
As the Senior Delivery Manager for Enterprise Integrations, you will be the bridge between our SaaS TMS platform and our largest enterprise customers. You won't just manage timelines; you will own the technical solutioning and delivery of complex integrations with Tier-1 ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc.). You will lead cross-functional squads of engineers, work alongside customer IT leadership, and ensure our TMS becomes a seamless extension of their global supply chain ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
- Integration Strategy & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle from pre-sales solutioning to go-live. Define how our TMS talks to SAP/Oracle via APIs, EDI, or Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Enterprise Delivery: Own the roadmap for integration patterns. Standardize plug-and-play connectors for common ERP modules (Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Finance).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT teams. Translate complex logistics business requirements into technical specs.
- Program Governance: Manage multiple concurrent enterprise deployments. Track milestones, manage risks (especially data mapping and synchronization issues), and ensure high-quality delivery. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and proactively addressing complex issues or escalations.
- Monitor and report on KPIs: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of client implementations, identify bottlenecks, and pinpoint areas for platform improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Feedback customer integration challenges to the core Product/Engineering teams to improve the platform's native integration capabilities.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years specifically managing enterprise-grade software integrations.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Logistics, Supply Chain, or TMS workflows.
- Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with ERP integration patterns (IDOCs, BAPIs for SAP; OIC for Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of API standards (REST, SOAP), Webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML, EDIFACT).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead by influence across internal engineering teams and external customer stakeholders.
Mindset: You are as comfortable discussing business ROI with a COO as you are debugging a payload with a developer.
