Service Manager - SAP Hybris/ SAP Commerce

• A leading IT services and solutions , subsidiary of Global Brand
• Service Manager will be part of the global delivery team (leading L2/L3 level)

• Oversee the end-to-end service delivery for SAP Hybris or SAP Commerce solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the alignment of SAP services with business objectives.
• Monitor system performance and address any technical issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define and document requirements for SAP Commerce solutions.
• Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements effectively.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Report project progress and service performance metrics regularly to leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Manager - SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce should have:

• Proficiency in SAP Hybris or SAP Commerce solutions.
• A strong understanding of service delivery management in the Technology sector.
• A background in configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience:

¨ Experience in working with users to define their business requirements

¨ 10+years of experience in managing Operations, out of which 7+ years of experience preferably around e-Commerce technologies such as SAP Hybris

¨ Should have B2B/ B2C domain experience

¨ Knowledge of defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

¨ Strong organizational skills, Proven record of making operations efficient and in-depth knowledge of Industry best practices
