Job Description- Oversee the end-to-end service delivery for SAP Hybris or SAP Commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the alignment of SAP services with business objectives.
- Monitor system performance and address any technical issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define and document requirements for SAP Commerce solutions.
- Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements effectively.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Report project progress and service performance metrics regularly to leadership.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Service Manager - SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce should have:
- Proficiency in SAP Hybris or SAP Commerce solutions.
- A strong understanding of service delivery management in the Technology sector.
- A background in configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
Experience:
¨ Experience in working with users to define their business requirements
¨ 10+years of experience in managing Operations, out of which 7+ years of experience preferably around e-Commerce technologies such as SAP Hybris
¨ Should have B2B/ B2C domain experience
¨ Knowledge of defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
¨ Strong organizational skills, Proven record of making operations efficient and in-depth knowledge of Industry best practices
