We are seeking a Non-Tech Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience who has strong expertise in volume recruitment across various functions, including Community, Sales, Real Estate, Business Development, Finance, and Operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for non-technical positions
• Execute high-volume hiring efficiently while maintaining quality
• Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning strategies
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment vendors
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
• Contribute to employer branding and diversity initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in non-technical recruitment, with a preference for volume hiring
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and coordination
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
• Experience in industries such as real estate, hospitality, co-working, or sales-driven sectors is advantageous
• MBA or HR-related qualification is preferred
• Willingness to work in a contractual capacity
