We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer partnerships and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands the evolving creator economy and has hands-on experience in building, managing, and optimizing influencer marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

You will play a key role in shaping brand perception, driving engagement, and delivering measurable ROI through impactful influencer collaborations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals, target audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
  • Plan and manage influencer campaigns including product launches, brand awareness initiatives, and performance-driven collaborations.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and compensation structures with influencers while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, content, and design to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI; generate insights and optimize future campaigns accordingly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes to keep strategies relevant and effective.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform policies for influencer marketing.
  • Manage budgets and track expenditures for influencer campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, content trends, and platform dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with influencers and managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build authentic relationships with influencers.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, CRM platforms, and social media analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize engaging and innovative influencer-led campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups, agencies, or consumer brands.
  • Understanding of content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Exposure to performance marketing and conversion tracking is a plus.
