You will play a key role in shaping brand perception, driving engagement, and delivering measurable ROI through impactful influencer collaborations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals, target audience, and campaign objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies
• Plan and manage influencer campaigns including product launches, brand awareness initiatives, and performance-driven collaborations
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and compensation structures with influencers while ensuring cost efficiency
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, content, and design to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI; generate insights and optimize future campaigns accordingly
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes to keep strategies relevant and effective
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform policies for influencer marketing
• Manage budgets and track expenditures for influencer campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media marketing
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, content trends, and platform dynamics
• Demonstrated experience working directly with influencers and managing end-to-end influencer campaigns
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build authentic relationships with influencers
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking campaign performance and deriving actionable insights
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, CRM platforms, and social media analytics tools
• Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize engaging and innovative influencer-led campaigns
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups, agencies, or consumer brands
• Understanding of content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies
• Exposure to performance marketing and conversion tracking is a plus
