Business Analyst (RPA Domain)

Work Mode: In-Office

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience in the RPA domain to support automation projects from requirement gathering through production. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with hands-on experience in Agile project execution and business process analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements (PDD).
• Conduct Process Discovery sessions and identify automation opportunities.
• Create As-Is and To-Be Process Maps using Visio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define project scope.
• Support the complete RPA Lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and production support.
• Monitor project governance, effort tracking, and change requests.
• Prepare weekly status reports and coordinate reviews with business users, developers, and Delivery Leads.
• Support QA and UAT activities, including test case preparation, UAT planning, execution, and reporting.
• Track KPIs, support ROI analysis, and prepare production reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the RPA domain.
• Hands-on experience in preparing PDD.
• Experience in effort estimation, implementation planning, and WBS preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with business users, developers, QA teams, and delivery stakeholders.

• Candidates must be currently based in Mumbai.
• Notice period must not exceed 15 days (Immediate Joiners Preferred).
• Must have experience as a Business Analyst in the RPA Domain.
• Candidates who do not meet the above criteria will not be considered.
