Overview:

We are looking for a strategic HR leader who will help us shape the future for our Operations teams supporting the International Markets. This role is pivotal in shaping our global people strategy, driving organizational transformation, and enabling business success across diverse geographies.

You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver innovative HR solutions that balance global consistency with local relevance.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and Requirements
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8+ years in a senior HRBP role supporting multiple geographies.
  • Strong understanding of international labor laws, cultural nuances, and global HR practices.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
