Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Gujarati Telecalling Executive. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to assist and guide Gujarati-speaking clients with their insurance-related inquiries. The role involves communicating effectively with customers, providing product information, addressing queries, promoting relevant insurance products, and maintaining customer records.

Ensuring client satisfaction and meeting daily calling and sales targets are also integral to this role.

Qualifications
  • Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi languages with strong verbal communication skills
  • Telecalling and customer service experience, including the ability to handle inquiries and provide solutions
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and familiarity with the insurance domain (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work responsibly in an on-site workplace and achieve performance targets
  • Previous tele-sales experience in any industry will be an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; higher education is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers and explain insurance products.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
  • Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns or referrals
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide after-sales support and customer service
