Public Relations Account Director

Job Description

We're looking for a strategic, client-first PR leader who can drive impactful communication programs, manage senior stakeholders, and lead high-performing teams.

• Act as the primary client partner, offering strategic counsel aligned with business objectives
• Develop and lead integrated PR strategies that are creative, data-driven, and audience-focused
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and outcomes
• Build and nurture strong media, influencer, and industry relationships to secure meaningful coverage
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of PR professionals, fostering collaboration and growth
• Deliver clear, insight-led client reports highlighting impact, ROI, and optimization opportunities
• Manage account budgets and resources efficiently
• Support new business development, including pitches and strategic inputs
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices, bringing innovation into campaigns

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Associate Account Director / Account Director (agency
• experience preferred)
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute successful PR strategies
• Deep expertise in media relations with a strong journalist network
• Experience managing budgets, teams, and multiple accounts
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
