Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Performance Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive customer acquisition and retention for retailers using Nukkad Shops.The role includes setting up and managing paid campaigns, tracking key performance metrics, and generating regular reports and insights to improve ROI. The individual will collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals, refine audience targeting, and test new growth initiatives.
Daily activities also include market and competitor analysis, budgeting and bid management, creative briefings, and continuous experimentation to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to understand customer behavior, competitor activity, and channel performance.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, explaining campaign results, and coordinating with external partners.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes to align marketing efforts with lead generation and revenue goals.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and campaign tracking.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities, including comfort with spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, retail tech, or e-commerce performance marketing is an advantage.
- 2-4 Years of experience in a similar role.
