- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and technology integration.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform & Business Requirement Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation to support solution design.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with process modeling and business process management concepts.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Pega BA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
