Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment- Manage full-cycle technical recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
- Handle both niche and high-volume hiring across multiple technology domains
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS tools, and Boolean search techniques
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements
- Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and talent market knowledge
- Provide insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies
- Support workforce planning through market analysis
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, legal guidelines, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate documentation in ATS systems
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters
- Improve team efficiency through best practices and knowledge sharing
