Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Screening Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team, India (Chennai). With at least a year of experience in sourcing/screening for IT and Operations roles, the ideal candidate will excel at identifying, evaluating, and engaging top talent across multiple platforms.

This role requires strong proficiency in assessing and evaluating applicants, reviewing resumes, an understanding of emerging technologies, and excellent communication skills.

Your role in our mission

As a Talent Screening Specialist, you will focus on screening active candidates, identifying exceptional talent, and supporting our Talent Acquisition team in meeting critical hiring goals.

You will play a vital role in driving the success of our recruitment processes by ensuring access to top-tier talent. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, screening, and engaging top talent through our applicant tracking system (ATS) SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Conducting initial outreach and screening to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and managing overall candidate status.
  • Sending personalized templated outreach messages to potential candidates to foster engagement.
  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS.
  • Promoting the company employer brand and representing Gain well Technologies during communications.

  • Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, applications, and other candidate materials to assess qualifications and experience.
  • Screening Interviews: Conduct video screenings to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure candidate alignment.
  • Assessment Coordination: Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and skills tests as needed.
  • Candidate Communication: Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the screening and hiring process.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen focus on maintaining accurate candidate records and reports.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and attract candidates.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines efficiently.
