Marine Personnel Officer / Assistant (Temporary)

• Maintain direct contact with officers from Kerala on leave, and coordinate with Mumbai office for their next

• Maintain contact with family members of seafarers through Family Connect.
• Assist officers to book relevant in-house courses.
• Assign tests and complete promotion formalities of officers.
• Check relevant documents and prepare sea time and employment confirmation letters.
• Prepare Visa letters for seafarers as required.
• Manage PPE stock , issue PPE to joiners as required, maintain adequate stock and take monthly

• Coordinate for conducting in-house courses at Kochi.
• Coordinate inward & outward couriers and maintain proper record of documents received and issued.
• Assist and coordinate with office/vendors/seafarers for arranging TMSA & other seminars in Kochi.

Requirements

KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

• Basic understanding of Maritime Operations
• Proficiency in MS office tools

• Clear verbal and written communication in English
• Organisational skills

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Good written & Oral communication skills in English and good Oral communication skills in Malayalam
