Role Overview
Hands-on sales leadership role responsible for driving Personal Loan disbursals through a Direct Sales Team, with clear ownership of targets, productivity, and portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
What the Role Delivers- Own monthly disbursal targets for salaried Personal Loans.
- Build, manage, and drive performances of DST Executives.
- Ensure strong funnel conversion (Login → Approval → Disbursal).
- Maintain credit discipline, documentation quality, and TAT.
- Monitor early delinquency and portfolio hygiene.
- Disbursal volume & value
- Conversion efficiency
- Per DST productivity
- Early bucket performance
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Any Stream.
- 5–8 years experience in Personal Loans / Retail Lending.
- 2–3 years managing Direct Sales / on-roll sales teams.
- Industry Preference: (Fintech / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services)
