Role Summary
The Team Leader – RBG VRM will lead and manage a team of Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) responsible for driving customer Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of VRMs to achieve business targets.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure productivity.
- Drive customer engagement, crossnsell, upnsell, and deepen client relationships.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and audit norms.
- Conduct regular training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborate with crossnfunctional teams.
- Prepare and present performance reports and MIS.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder handling abilities.
- Mandatory VRM team-handling experience.
- Manager/Senior Manager grade.
- Experience in Liability and SME segments preferred.
- Strong analytical and problemnsolving skills.
- Graduate/PostnGraduate in any discipline.
- 5–8 years total experience, with 2–3 years in VRM leadership.
