Key Responsibilities: -
- Asset and CMDB Updates.
- Service request management for IMAC tickets.
- Discovery and Asset inventory reconciliation.
- Gap analysis and reporting.
- Scheduled Reporting.
- Maintain currency on policy and process documents.
- Track lease and warranty data in support of refresh as well as end of life processes.
- Performs reconciliation activity with discovery sources for identifying inventory gaps.
Strong knowledge of ITAM tools like ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera
Professional Attributes: -
- Minimum 4 plus years of experience ServiceNow.
- Minimum 5 plus years of experience in IT asset / CMDB management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Graduate with 15 years of education
