Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.
- Monitor service performance metrics and escalate issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service delivery frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in managing production environments and ensuring high availability of IT services.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure services.
- Skilled in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
- Competent in using monitoring tools and incident management systems to support operational activities.
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
