The role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, experience working with international stakeholders, and the ability to operate effectively within a matrixed global organization. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on recruitment expertise with people leadership, ensuring high-quality hiring delivery while coaching and developing the recruitment team.

• Proven team management experience leading and mentoring recruiters.
• Experience hiring for global or international markets, preferably supporting North America or international stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in North America shifts and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working in matrix organizations.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and functions.
• Drive team performance through clear goals, regular coaching, and performance tracking.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, quality standards, and process compliance.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including requisition intake, sourcing strategy, screening, stakeholder management, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Work closely with global hiring managers and HR partners across regions.
• Operate effectively within a matrix organizational structure, balancing multiple stakeholder priorities.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.

• Implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and talent communities.
• Provide insights into talent market trends, competitor intelligence, and hiring challenges to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation.

• Ensure accurate use of ATS and recruitment tools for tracking and reporting.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and team productivity.
