Job Title : GST Documentation & Data Entry Assistant
Experience : 3 -5 years
Job Type : Full - Time
Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Work Location : On-Site

About The Role

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in data entry, office documentation, GST office support, CA firm administration, law firm administration, tax office work, tribunal office work, or government office documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry in computer systems.
  • Maintain and update GST-related records, documents, and case information.
  • Organize, scan, upload, index, and file documents as required.
  • Support registry and office staff in daily documentation and file-related work.
  • Assist in handling applications, case papers, annexures, notices, orders, and related records.
  • Help with typing, formatting, printing, scanning, and digital record management.
  • Use MS Word, MS Excel, email, e-office, and other computer-based systems.
  • Assist Hon ble Members and Registry during tribunal proceedings when required.
  • Track files, maintain document lists, and support smooth movement of records.
  • Maintain confidentiality of official records, case documents, and tribunal proceedings.
  • Perform any other administrative, registry, data entry, or support work assigned by the Bench/Registry.
Required Skills
  • Good data entry skills with accuracy.
  • Good computer knowledge.
  • MS Word and MS Excel knowledge.
  • Typing, formatting, scanning, uploading, and digital record handling skills.
  • Document handling and file management skills.
  • Basic understanding of GST or tax-related office work.
  • Ability to maintain records, document lists, and case files properly.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work on time.
  • Good discipline, confidentiality, and office coordination skills.
Qualification
  • Bachelor s Degree (B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate) with experience in documentation, data entry, or GST-related work
