Source Document Verification/: Compare system fields with incoming source documents /(such as forms, scanned receipts, and digital applications/) to find and fix any missing or ambiguous information before entering. Database cleansing and deduplication/: To safeguard database health, conduct regular database reviews to identify, flag, and eliminate duplicate entries, spelling mistakes, or out/-of/-date records.
Batch Upload Processing/: To prevent formatting problems during database integration, prepare, sort, and combine loose data sets into structured batches for high/-volume system uploads. Digital Archive Maintenance/: To guarantee quick record retrieval for audits, index and arrange completed digital documents and sheets methodically utilizing distinct naming systems.
Focus Skills/: Outstanding Alphanumeric Typing Performance/: Demonstrated high typing speed with an accuracy level of 98% or higher, aiming for at least 40 to 45 words per minute /(WPM/). Advanced Spreadsheet Layout Optimization/: Use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for practical operational comfort.
