Competency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets/: Proficient use of spreadsheets, particularly with regard to data sorting, column filters, cell formatting, text wrapping, and basic math shortcuts. Basic Digital Tool Literacy/: The ability to use conventional business email applications, cloud folders, and document viewing interfaces with ease.

Repetitive Task Resilience/: The ability to focus intently and retain perfect accuracy while navigating long shifts of repetitive, high/-volume data queues.
