• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes and services.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1-4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
