We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Care Executive for Level 2 support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide in-depth product information and troubleshooting support to customers.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or higher-level support as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a BPO or IT environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
