We are looking for an exceptional Operations Leader (“Operations King”) to take complete ownership of business operations and drive large-scale execution excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in complexity, builds systems from the ground up, and ensures flawless execution across functions.You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling operational frameworks that directly influence business growth, efficiency, and profitability. The role demands a strategic thinker who can also operate at ground level—someone who not only defines processes but ensures they are executed with discipline and consistency across teams.
As the central force behind operations, you will work closely with leadership, product, sales, and support teams to align operational goals with overall business strategy. This role is not about maintaining the status quo—it is about building, fixing, and scaling operations in a way that creates a sustainable competitive advantage.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end operations across business functions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability
- Design and implement robust operational processes, SOPs, and performance frameworks
- Identify bottlenecks in workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional coordination between teams such as sales, product, finance, and customer success
- Build and manage high-performing operations teams with clear accountability and ownership
- Establish and track key operational metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Drive cost optimization, resource planning, and productivity improvements across departments
- Implement automation and technology solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
- Ensure operational readiness for scaling, including infrastructure, processes, and team capabilities
- Act as a problem-solver-in-chief, stepping in to resolve critical operational challenges quickly and effectively
- 10+ years of experience in operations, business management, or scaling high-growth organizations
- Proven track record of building and optimizing operations at scale
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of operational metrics, process design, and execution frameworks
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically with precision
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action and results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments
- Experience driving automation and operational efficiency initiatives
