Vamika Styles is a Delhi-based ethnic fashion and styling brand exploring personal style through the richness of Indian ethnic wear. We create trend-aware, thoughtfully curated content — from everyday styling ideas to occasion dressing — that makes ethnic fashion feel intentional and inspiring for the modern woman.
Role Description- Researching current trends in ethnic wear, styling, and Indian fashion across Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube to generate fresh content ideas
- Studying competitor pages and top ethnic fashion creators to analyze what type of content performs well and why
- Writing scripts and captions for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and carousel posts that are engaging, on-trend, and aligned with our brand voice
- Editing short-form videos using tools like CapCut or any editing software — adding transitions, text overlays, music, and effects
- Assisting in planning and maintaining a weekly content calendar to ensure consistent posting
Coordinating and managing brand collaboration outreach identifying potential collaborators.
Tracking post performance (views, reach, saves, shares) and sharing weekly insights on what's working and what needs improvement
Brainstorming creative concepts for upcoming shoots, reels, and campaigns based on festivals, seasons, and trending moments
Staying updated with algorithm changes, viral formats, and new features on Instagram and YouTube Shorts and suggesting how we can use them
Qualifications- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and familiarity with key social media platforms.
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing to create compelling and consistent messaging across diverse platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools and the ability to use data to inform strategies is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Have a sense of tatse in ethnic fashion and interest in styling.
- Previous experience managing social media for personal branding or businesses is a plus.
