Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of Sr. Contract Expert - Civil is the key position in these BIDs.
Missions/Main Duties:
- Prepare, examine, and finalize civil engineering contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance with project requirements.
- Manage tendering processes, evaluate bids, and ensure fair and transparent contractor selection.
- Monitor execution of civil works contracts, track deliverables, and enforce contractual obligations.
- Assess contractor claims, negotiate settlements, and support resolution of disputes.
- Ensure contracts adhere to legal, financial, and regulatory standards, including safety and quality norms.
- Safeguard project timelines and budgets by enforcing contractual terms and monitoring variations.
Profile/Skills:
- He/She should be Graduate in Engineering.
- He/She should have minimum 15 Years of experience.
- He/She should have minimum 5 Years of relevant experience.
