Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of Sr. Contract Expert - System is the key position in these BIDs.
Missions/Main Duties:
- Prepare and evaluate contracts related to system works (signaling, telecom, rolling stock, power supply, SCADA, AFC, etc.).
- Oversee tendering processes, assess technical and financial bids, and ensure transparent contractor selection.
- Monitor execution of system contracts, track compliance with technical specifications, and enforce contractual obligations.
- Evaluate contractor claims, negotiate settlements, and support resolution of disputes specific to system packages.
- Ensure contracts adhere to international standards, safety regulations, and project guidelines for system integration.
- Identify contractual risks in system works and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with engineers, project managers, and legal teams, while preparing periodic reports on system contract status.
Profile/Skills:
- He/She should be Graduate in Engineering.
- He/She should have minimum 15 Years of experience.
- He/She should have minimum 5 Years of relevant experience.
