Shift: Rotational (Day / Night)

Compensation : upto 5.4 LPA

About The Opportunity

We are hiring a dedicated and patient-focused ICU Resident Medical Officer (RMO) for a well-established multispecialty hospital in Mumbai. This role is ideal for medical professionals who are passionate about critical care and emergency management, and who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with intensivists and consultants to deliver high-quality patient care in the ICU while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and emergency response procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide continuous medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
  • Monitor patient vitals, clinical progress, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Assist intensivists and consultants in handling critical cases and emergency procedures.
  • Administer medications, IV infusions, and therapeutic interventions as per treatment protocols.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, code blue situations, and patient deterioration.
  • Coordinate effectively with nursing staff and other departments for seamless patient care.
  • Ensure proper patient handovers during shift transitions.
  • Follow infection control protocols, ICU guidelines, and NABH standards.
  • Communicate patient updates to attendants/family members as per hospital policies.
Eligibility Criteria Qualification
  • MBBS / BAMS / BHMS
  • ICU Training is mandatory
Registration
  • Valid Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) registration preferred
Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in ICU / Critical Care / Emergency Care setup
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of ICU protocols and emergency care management
  • Knowledge of patient monitoring systems, airway management, and life support
  • Ability to make quick clinical decisions under pressure
  • Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
  • High level of responsibility, discipline, and patient-centric approach
