Role Description- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, Maharasthra for a Senior Key Account Manager – Brand Partnership & Alliances.
- The role involves managing and growing strategic key accounts, acting as a primary point of contact for brand partners.
- Responsibilities include building annual business plans with key partners, tracking performance against agreed targets, and providing data-driven insights.
- The role will also coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, inventory management and payment reconciliation.
- 8+ yearswork experience in Gift Cards, Loyalty & Rewards industry is a must. Experience in media monetization and media sales is an advantage.
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, including managing senior stakeholder relationships and driving revenue growth with strategic partners.
- Proven capability in Business Planning, including pipeline management, forecasting, and developing joint business plans with partners or alliances.
- Excellent Customer Service orientation, with the ability to anticipate client needs, resolve issues promptly, and deliver a consistently high-quality partner experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
