Job Description:

• Handling business associates, distributors and retailers for sales and marketing.
• Meeting targets in tonnage and no. of visits to retailers and influencers as assigned by the organization time to time, initially in the training period.
• Resolving any query or complaint by the customer.
• Increasing the visibility of Gold Plus at retailers' counters in the respective region assigned.
• Collecting and sharing the market feedback with RM/ASM and business associates.
• Visiting influencers (retailers, carpenters, architects, interior designers, etc.) daily as per the target.
• Promotion & branding of our company in the indirect customer market.
• Achieving monthly targets as assigned by reporting managers.
• Attending regular meetings with the seniors to increase the knowledge about the market situation.
• Also participating in training & workshops as & when required.
• Maintaining a positive working environment.
• Maintaining & updating the data of the assigned region regularly.

Capabilities & Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Willing to travel and relocate.
• Own conveyance is preferred
