Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train develop agents on commission basis .
- Supervise monitor agent activity plans to ensure sales achievement.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) update Sales Management System.
- Motivate engage agents through Career Progression Programs .
- Drive adoption of CRM Agent Portal for customer management cross-selling.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any stream (minimum).
At least 2 years experience in sales (Life Insurance preferred).
Strong local market knowledge well-networked.
Excellent communication, confidence maturity.
