What would you do? • The Senior Analyst drives advanced visual and motion design for digital learning solutions. You will design graphics, illustrations, or motion elements that enhance training experiences, while learning industry-standard tools and AI-powered workflows.They lead complex design projects, ensure quality standards, and mentor junior designers.
What are we looking for? • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.- 5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design, Animations with, project ownership
- Understanding of L&D industry is a plus.
- In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Advanced Adobe Suite, Cinema4D, Blender, Figma.
- Knowledge of UX, UI, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Proficiency in AI design workflows, video generation, voice synthesis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and guide both clients and internal teams.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Innovation-driven mindset to lead design strategy.

- • Design interactive infographics, visual storytelling, and illustrations.
- • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- • Apply Graphic Design Principles for creating visual assets.
- • Apply AI-based design skills for faster asset generation.
- • Apply UX principles to improve learner engagement.
- • Mentor junior associates in design tools and workflows.
- Motion Graphics Designer Role
- • Create high-end 2D, 3D animations and interactive videos.
- • Integrate AI-driven voiceover and avatar tools.
- • Work with AR, VR content for immersive training.
- • Oversee post-production quality (colour grading, sound).
