Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen interest in talent acquisition and hiring. Candidates with internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on company requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Understand and work in HR operations activities and in employee engagement.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers with a minimum of 3 months internship experience in recruitment or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player with strong coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.
