Responsibilities- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on the job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
CTC: up to Rs. 4.50 LPA
