Maintenance Engineer Freshers Training & Operations

Maintenance Engineer /(Freshers/) Training & Operations Job Description/: Responsibilities/: Machine Breakdown Resolution/: To reduce production stoppage, oversee the diagnostic troubleshooting and quick repair of hydraulics, pneumatics, electro/-mechanical equipment, CNC/VMC machines, and automated assembly conveyors.
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance/: Create, plan, and carry out thorough PM schedules and PdM tracking loops /(oil, vibration, and thermography/). Maintenance of Utilities and Facilities/: Ensure that vital plant utilities, such as air compressors, boilers, HVAC chillers, water treatment units, and key electrical distribution panels, run continuously and safely.
CMMS Administration/: Keep track of all repair requests, maintenance expenses, machine downtime hours, and tracking history logs in the Computerized Maintenance Management System /(CMMS/). Spare Parts Inventory Control/: To prevent production bottlenecks, create organized engineering purchase intentions and audit and maintain ideal stock thresholds for essential machine spares.
